This questionnaire has been developed as an action from the Welsh Government Task and Finish report. The detail will be  completely confidential within CAGAC and ADEW – there is no plan to share externally at this stage.

I would be grateful if colleagues could take time to complete as thoroughly and honestly as possible. The information collected will form a vital overview that we can use to inform ADEW and WG about the current picture and challenges, but also I hope highlight the amazing breadth and depth of what is currently being delivered.

Please could I ask for responses by no later than May 31^st so that I can then draw down the information and produce an overview for comment at our next meeting.
