Gwent Music Theory Lessons

We are very pleased to announce that Gwent Music will be offering Music Theory lessons over 2026/27 academic year for all grades.

The lessons will take place at Gwent Music Headquarters, Malpas Court Primary School Grounds, Whittle Drive, Newport NP20 6NS.

The lessons will be run weekly on a Wednesday 16:00 – 18:00 on the following dates:-

Autumn Term 2026

September: 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th

October: 7th, 14th, 21st

November: 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th

Spring Term 2027

January: 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th

February: 3rd, 17th, 24th

March: 3rd

Summer Term 2027

April: 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th

May: 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th

June: 9th, 16th, 23rd

Please be aware that there are changes to enrolment this academic year, you are now able to sign up to music theory lessons for the whole academic year and will be able to choose to pay this monthly, termly or in full.  The membership fee will be £45 per term and for any of our students in receipt of school meals, then there will be no charge.
